Windows 8.1 - Allows access to OneDrive files in offline mode

To allow the access to files stored in OneDrive when your PC is not connected to the internet, follow the below procedure:
From the StartScreen launch the OneDrive app.
Open the Charms Bar (Windows key + C) > Settings > Options.
Toggle Access all my OneDrive files offline" on.
